Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of date received for an  E-Gift Card credit ONLY (store credit never expires).


All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition or items will not be eligible for returns. Shoes must be returned in their original box as they are considered to be apart of the original condition. Damaged Boxes will not be accepted. All Jewelry, Lingerie, Socks, Hair accessories, Hats, Belts, Faux Leather, Feathers, Sequins, and all Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

ALL online shoe purchases are considered FINAL SALE.


Exchanges and replacements are based on our current inventory. If you would like to exchange for a different size please contact us at (469-405-3566) or ( so we can hold your size upon receiving your item.

Sale Items

All discounted sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. 


If you've received an item(s) that is damaged, defective, or missing from your order, please contact us within 72 hours of the reported delivery of your package and we will issue an exchange or replacement free of charge. If we are contacted outside of the 72 hour time frame or the item(s) is tampered with, we unfortunately cannot issue a return or exchange.

How do I receive my store credit?

An E-gift card and code will be emailed to you once your return has been received and processed. Please check your junk and spam folders before reaching out to us. All gift cards are non refundable and do not expire.
