Return PolicyThank you for shopping with www.bittersweetivy.com. We understand not all purchases work out and a return may be needed. Please see below for our return policy.All eligible returns will be returned to STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. We do NOT offer returns to the original method of payment on any purchase made online. We will except returns for STORE CREDIT if the following conditions are met:
- Items MUST be unworn and have original tags on them. No exceptions.
- Shoe boxes must be encased in another box to protect it.
- We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.
- All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- SALE/CLEARANCE items, cosmetics, JEWELRY, lingerie, socks, sunglasses, scarves, hair accessories, hats, belts and gift certificates..
They must also be smoke, deodorant and perfume free as well as unworn and unwashed.
To make your return:
- You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
- Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note tracking number from your label.
- Once your package is received please allow 3 business days for return processing. Once return is processed an email notification will be sent.
- We will issue a store credit within 10 days of the return being processed.
- Merchandise may be returned for online credit within 15 days of the day you receive your package.
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you will first need to send your original item back. Once we have received your return, we will issue a store credit on the original item and you will then be able to purchase the right size with the store credit.
- Feel free to e-mail us if exchanging and the size is available online, so we can hold the size you upon receiving your return.

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item and damages must be reported prior to wearing the garment.
